Minister Kabanda calls upon girls to fight against bad acts.

The second edition of “Run For Girls Child Education” kicked off with a one hour exercise at IUIU campus and was attended by among others the Minister of Kampala Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, and Hajati Faridah Kibowa

At 8am, the chief guest Hajati Kabanda officially set off runners who used routes around Nateete,Wakaliga, Nalukolongo and ended at Kabojja.

However some decided to walk and others jumped on boda bodas while others managed to finish.

Minister Kabanda commended the objectives of the mission that is helping the girl child and urged all people to be archers.

However , she urged the students to be decisive in fighting against bad habits and to love God.

Hajjat Faridah Kibowa the chairperson women’s league praised the initiative and called for support for both girls and boys to brighten their future.
