Te Kwaro Lango Leader urges P.L.E Candidates to strive for excellence.

     Te kwaro Lango paramount chief has advised this year`s primary leaving examination   malpractice to avoid cancellation of results.
     Eng DR. Moses Micheal    Odongo  Okune further challenged the learners to aim at earing their grades honestly and on merit .while he was passing his message to the candidates on Monday.
   According to the repot this year 3.975 Pupils registered for P.LE   in lira district   ,

Down from 6,000 candidates in 2021 ,as it was de clear by the Education Department.
Out of these 2, 156 are Boys while 1,819 are Girls. And in the entire Lango sub Region ,which comprise nine districts ,which include Lira ,Oyam ,Kole, Kwania, Otuke Alebtong Apac Dokolo Amolatar ,more than 32,000 candidates are expected to sit this year P.L.E .


With the exams scheduled to commence on November,3rd and 4rd ,Eng Dr Odongo Okune ,who is the former executive Director of Uganda Road Fund also a paramount chief ,assured the candidates that trusting in the Lord ,Hard work and determination will makes them pass with flying colours.


Lastly the Chief Okune said this is the time for the candidates to come closer to God ,respect the parents ,revise all the past.
Mean While Francis Oleke ,the Oyam District Education Officer ,earlier said many schools had been performing poorly because of the role conflict involving head teachers and the parents ,but was resolved, Oleke cited OTOTONG PRIMARY SCHOOL ,AS ONE OF the government school in Oyam District that has been in existence for the last 37 years and has never had a single first grade in P.L.E
