Two die on spot in a Fatal accident-Dokolo District

Two children identified as Okello Edmond 12 yrs old and Okello Ceaser 9yrs old died instantly when Motor vehicle Reg No SSD 551S/ZG 2373 trailer Benz Silver grey and red in color lost control and went off road into Atwoma swamp.
It’s alleged that on the 31st October 2022 trailer Reg Number above was being driven by Mwenze Daniel Kyumwa 43 yrs old a resident of Mombasa was traveling from Juba to Mombasa lost control at around 1545 hours at Atwoma swamp, Aciltom village, Agwiciri parish, Agwata Sub-County in Dokolo District, it knocked two children dead as identified above, they are children of Okoli Vincent resident of Adagik B village Agwiciri parish Agwata Sub-County.
Traffic police were informed and a team led by OC traffic visited the scene, took some photographs and dead bodies conveyed to Dokolo health center IV pending postmortem.
Vehicle still at the scene, Driver in custody at Dokolo CPS as statements are being recorded to support investigation.
