One person identified as Alum Angela 13 yrs old died on spot after a speedy motor vehicle Reg No UBH 281Q Toyota hiace knocked her while walking at the roadside, This incident happened today at around 1745hrs in Nora trading center along Gulu-Kampala highway, the report was registered at the police by David Pithuwa Charles 47yrs old a driver and a resident of Bweyale Kiryandongo District.
