14 years old girl kill his father- Oyam

Police in Oyam District are hunting for a 14 years old girl identified as Akello Phiona on allegations of stubbing her father to death Otim Emmanuel.
It’s alleged that on the 19th Sept 2023 at around 1525hours at Ajaya village,Loro Sub-County in Oyam District Otim Emmanuel came back home while drunk, he found his wife sharing a bed with Akello Phiona who is thier daughter, this generated a quarrel with the wife which later turned into a fight, Akello Phiona then picked up a knife and stubbed the father on the thigh around his genital organ, this caused him to bleed severely and in the process he tried running out but collapsed in the compound and died.
Ongom Anthony who is the landlord rushed to the police and reported the matter.

A team of police officers from Oyam CPS joined the Loro police and visited the scene, photos were taken by the SOCO and documented it, deceased body picked and conveyed to Anyeke Health Center IV pending postmortem.
Suspect is still at large but efforts to have her apprehended is ongoing.

This is a very unfortunate incident, we appeal to children to avoid involving themselves into the issues of their parents instead seek help from the neighborhood through making alarm.
